I know, I know what I said- NO MORE POSTING ABOUT HOUSES!! 

BUT

I feel I should still update you on the houses we look at BUT not the ones we make an offer on, because then I feel like we are just jinxing ourselves... 

So welcome HOUSE #5

House #5 (don't mind the outside paint-job)

we would probably stick with a taupe, white, and black color scheme

Taupe for aluminum exterior

Black for shutters

White for theTrim

Is a 1967 colonial located in Lake Orion

It is in a established subdivision with a HUGE lake around the corner

There are beach and boat privileges for all homeowners in the sub

Approx 1900sq ft

4 bedroom

2.5 bath

hardwood throughout

finished basement
