haha, well it went okay. The house ended up being "bank owned" so it needed ALOT of work on the inside- like almost a gut job. I guess with that type of house you put in a low ball offer of like 100,000 and then take out a additional 40,000 to hire a contractor to renovate the whole inside to your liking. excellent opportunity for someone just not us. For our first house I would really like a "move in ready" house or a house that just needs cosmetic stuff like paint done. So we go back to the drawing board :o/
